Our delivery charge is $6 if the delivery is within Metro Manila, but for Provinces we require an additional delivery fee for some of the bears. Same day delivery to Manila and next day to provinces. Cut off time for orders received is 10am local time. Order received after 10am will be delivered the next day for Metro Manila, and the next 2 days for Provinces.

Some toys may not be the same as the picture. If there is no available stock with the same look, we will give ones with almost the same feature and size. We will replace it without any notification. Note: We always stive to maintain quality.

Incorrect address might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide the correct address (House# street name, Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.

For hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. And also specifiy the room no. or the department of the patient. Thank you!
