Our delivery charge is $6 if the delivery is within Metro Manila, but for Provinces we require additional delivery fee for some of the bears. Same day delivery to Manila and next day to provinces, Cut off time for order received is 10 am local time. Order received after 10 am will be delivered on the next day for Metro Manila and next 2 days for Provinces.

Some toys may not be the same as the picture. If there will be no available stock with same look or color, we will give ones that with almost same feature and size. We will replace it without any notification.

Incorrect address might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be shipped if the address is not complete.

Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. And specifiy the room no or department of the patient.
